Managing workspace apps
Organise, archive, duplicate, and manage all the apps in your workspace from the dashboard.
Your workspace dashboard
The dashboard is the home for all your apps. From here you can create, open, organise, and manage every project in your workspace.
App card actions
Each app card on the dashboard has a ··· menu with the following options:
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Open | Open the app in the editor |
| Rename | Change the app's display name |
| Duplicate | Create a copy of the app (including all data and settings) |
| Archive | Hide from the dashboard (recoverable) |
| Transfer | Move the app to a different workspace |
| Delete | Permanently delete the app and all its data |
Creating a new app
Click New Project in the top-right of the dashboard. You'll be prompted to:
- Name your app
- Choose Blank, Template, or Import
- Select the project type (Website or Mobile App)
Duplicating an app
Duplicating creates a complete copy of an app — screens, data model, settings, and all. This is useful for:
- Creating a staging / test version
- Starting a new client project based on a previous one
- Experimenting with major changes without affecting the live app
Note: Duplicated apps start with an empty database — the schema is copied, but no records are duplicated.
Archiving an app
Archived apps are hidden from the dashboard but not deleted. To archive:
- Click ··· on the app card
- Select Archive
To restore an archived app:
- Click Show archived toggle in the top-right of the dashboard
- Find the app
- Click ··· → Unarchive
App limits by plan
- Free — 1 published app
- Pro — 5 published apps
- Business — 20 published apps
- Enterprise — unlimited
Unpublished apps (drafts) don't count toward the published app limit.
Organising with folders
On Pro plan and above, you can organise apps into folders:
- Dashboard → New folder
- Drag apps into folders
- Rename folders from the ··· menu
