Which AI providers power bldrAgent, what data is sent to them, and how your data is handled by each provider.
Which AI providers does bldrAgent use?
bldrAgent uses a combination of leading AI model providers to power the AI chat and code generation features:

bldrAgent uses enterprise API agreements with each provider that include zero data retention — meaning prompts and responses are not used to train their models.
What data is sent to AI providers?
When you use the AI chat, the following data is sent to the AI provider for that session:
Included:
- Your prompt (the message you type)
- Relevant context about your app (page names, component structure, data schema)
- Previous messages in the current conversation
Not included:
- Your users' data records
- Payment information
- Secrets and API keys
- Other workspace members' private information
Data retention at AI providers
bldrAgent uses API agreements that prohibit AI providers from:
- Storing your prompts or completions beyond the session
- Using your data to train or fine-tune their models
- Sharing your data with third parties
Switching AI models
You can select which AI model powers your session in Project Settings → AI Model. Different models are available on different plans:

Bringing your own AI keys (Enterprise)
Enterprise workspaces can configure their own Anthropic or OpenAI API keys:
Workspace Settings → AI → Custom API keys
With your own keys:
- AI costs are billed directly by the provider to you
- Your credits are not consumed for AI usage
- You have full control over your data under your own API agreement
